3. User Accounts and Registration

4. Training Services Terms

Course Enrollment and Participation

Enrollment in our training programs constitutes acceptance of these Terms and any additional program-specific terms. Participants must:

• Attend scheduled sessions punctually and prepared
• Respect instructors and fellow participants
• Complete required assignments and assessments
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary training materials

Certification and Completion

Certificates of completion are awarded based on meeting program requirements, including attendance, participation, and assessment performance. Certificates may be revoked if it's discovered that requirements were not genuinely met.

5. Payment Terms

Fees and Payment

Payment for services must be made according to the payment schedule provided upon enrollment. We accept various payment methods as specified during the registration process.

Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to our refund policy as follows:

• Full Refund: Cancellation more than 14 days before program start date
• 50% Refund: Cancellation 7-14 days before program start date
• No Refund: Cancellation less than 7 days before program start date or after program commencement
• Emergency Circumstances: Exceptions may be made for documented emergencies at our discretion

Late Payment

Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts. Continued access to services may be suspended for accounts with outstanding balances.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Funnn Arena and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Training Materials

All training materials, including but not limited to course content, handouts, presentations, and assessments, are proprietary to Funnn Arena. Participants may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or share materials without written permission
• Use materials for commercial purposes
• Modify or create derivative works from our materials
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices

User-Generated Content

By submitting content to our services (feedback, testimonials, comments), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for business purposes.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations or laws

Our total liability to you for all damages shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Funnn Arena for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, government actions, or pandemics.

In such circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule services or provide alternative arrangements.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Funnn Arena and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

Effect of Termination

Mediation and Arbitration

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes may be resolved through mediation or arbitration as mutually agreed upon by the parties, in accordance with the rules of the British Columbia International Commercial Arbitration Centre.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be replaced with a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Funnn Arena regarding our services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements.
